How to clean the wheels of my office chair from hair?

I got my new office chair recently and my wheels are already stock with hair from my pets. I tried by fulling the hair one by one ,but it very difficult.
Is there any way this can be done with some chemical or can you recommend easier way to do it?
As many of the office chairs, mine is also plastic ( the wheels).

office chair
Cut through the hair with a craft knife blade or similar and just pull it off. Have the same problem with my office chair as I have 4 cats and 2 dogs!
